Need a hand with Verdantly on the web or on iPhone? Here is how to reach us and how to manage your account and data.

Delete your account
Deleting your account permanently removes it along with your garden data. This can't be undone.
In the iPhone app:
- Open Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Type DELETE to confirm.
On the web, sign in and open Settings, choose Delete Account, then type DELETE to confirm.
If you can't sign in, email support@verdantly.io to request deletion.
Download your garden
To get a copy of your garden data in the iPhone app, open Settings and tap Download your garden.
On the web, sign in and open Settings, then choose Export Data to download a copy of your data.
